IS News Server down?

At least you guys have other local sources if the news servers aren't working, I can't even freakin authenticate on my account!
 
Yesterday as well as today I also had autentication issues... after about 10 attempts I can logon to my account... however the news server also died here on my side :( :( :(

It went dead at about 8:15am..downloaded about 145MB though...

Had authentication problems last night, but this morning around 5:50 I noticed it was connected, luckily I was able to download around 370mb before the servers died
 
Really wonder what the hell is going on with the servers these last couple of days.....dead..alive...dead...alive...

Is this some sort of new game IS thought of. If it is, i dont want to play...just keep it alive by me.
 
Well im off to go leave me my laptop in the boot downloading off an arb wifi connection while i go shopping ;)
 
I was away over the weekend as well, and actually managed to get about 5Gb downloaded (all uncached content). But it has died for me now as well. *sigh*
 
Cant anyone from IS just give us some feedback with regards to what is wrong ? Is there a link down somewhere or what ???:confused:
 
If the IS news server didn't give so much trouble this thread would have died long ago ...
 
It seems to be wekkin' again - nope- false alarm - Wait a minute... have 5 connections up @20KB/s now!

little did i realise that my annoyance with the news server would lead to such a response...way to go guys !
 
its back up now , man i had 1 last part to download and it died. But it seems like its running fine now, just in time to download heroes.
