IS News Server down?

Late last night the servers went down and connections were limited to 1 or 2. Wonder what IS is upto?

I've given up on IS - now downloading with Easynews @ 400KB/s!

During working hours I get crappy speeds, but come night time after 19:00, it absolutely flies. Consistent speeds of about 400kBps for the last couple of days.
