IS News Server down?

I'm thinking that you might be using non standard settings? No. Have you disconnected your connection for a while and close all downloading Apps. I get the same thing sometimes. I think it is the software. I also set it to download only one thread. When that thread starts I up to 5.
 
Hey guys :) we have put alot of effort into our "IS News server down?" topic :D lol. Almost 2000 posts and counting :) Why start a new one?

Don't miss understand me, the other one is very helpful, nearly 2000 posts. But in 6 days that tread only had 14 posts. And this one 8 (excluding the posts regarding a second tread)

But I think it should be become one again.
 
Coming down at 400Kbs. All good. When it works this service is great.
 
My local account is dead this morning....does any1 else also have this problem ? I cant even open local websites, let alone access the news server....:confused:
 
mine's workin.getting bout 20kb/s.i'm having prob getting file lists in strongDC.can connect just fine to hub but my connection timesout when i want to download any file list??help anyone
