IS News Server down?

IS News is dead as a door nail!!!

also seems to be a general fault with IS, as i can access only sum sites via IS, but have no problem with those sites on my SAIX account...
 
I have zero international access atm.. TelkomInternet account is opening live.com in around 3 minutes. Local was also dead, but thats back again.

Dunno whats up with access tday.
 
I'm on Cybersmart (intl) and it's working fine, are you sure you not capped. I saw in one of the threads that a telkominternet user got capped on 3.6gb, they probably capping early this month
 
i am not capped (stil have 20gig of my 40gig account left) and it's been dead since last night! how's everyone else doing- down as well?
 
I am all good. Pulled a quick one and half gigs earlier this morning.
 
how come some people can connect and some can't???
news.is.co.za and news.isdsl.net is what I use

Im near 40GB on this TelkomInternet account... I just redialed my local account using Route Sentry... then that fixed it.
 
Local and Int'l are up and (and faster than they've been for most of the month); but the news server has been dead all afternoon.
 
Yip its dead but I have exceeded my 30gig limit for the month so im not complaining.
 
if "non openweb" customers can connect then the problem is between openweb/IS for the rest of us right?
