IS News server not working for me

I am using Altbinz and I can't seem to download anything with my Afrihost or Webafrica 30gb local only account. It used to work and stopped working 3 days ago. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Some error messages would be helpful. I'm downloading now from IS @ full speed.

Are you trying to get cached or uncached content?

No Errors. It says connecting and continuously retries because, but it doesn't start downloading...if its working it must be something silly I did

What does the LOG say?

No Logs created even though I have log enabled in Altbinz

Edit: I tried a SAIX account and used saix news server and I can download.
