So for the past month, Ive been getting 65kb/s on a 10MB ADSL line

I already put in a cancellation request however I noticed this in my router down/up stream.

Surely these numbers aren't correct (see attachment)

Splinter props to you my man ... so true Telkom would never use lube those idiots won’t even upgrade their current infrastructure to remain relevant against other competitors in the same market segment. He would be lucky to even get them to use spit . Anyways buddy your first mistake is supporting a business which does not invest to ensure their customers get what they pay for.

Advice look for alternatives in your area and get out of that contract with them...
 
You have a line fault. You need to log a fault for them to fix it.

Looking at those stats one of the analogue wires are probably cut or a bad join on one of them. Voice not working?
