Is this a safe overclock?

I wish to overclock my i5 760 2.8GHz to 3.3, I have a Coolermaster Hyper 212 on my CPU.

I need to know if the built in overclock setting that I choose is safe?

I just need to be at 3.3/3.4 I need the overclock as safe as possible.

no dont use the auto overclock , just do manual , that IMC volts is bit high ,try not to have settings in the red on air cooling
 
Why is the temp so high? BIOS is essentially idle so it shouldnt be that high there.

I don't need it that high I only need 3.3, I see that 3,3 is the max turbo speed for my processor, but then why is the "IMC Voltage" in red, should that be higher or lower?

I have 8GB Corsair Low Profile 1600

How would I manually get to a safe 3.3 then? Could I not leave the RAM on auto and just overlock the CPU to 3.3?

3.6GHz: (24hrs Small FFTs test, 30hrs-2mins Large FFTs test and 14hrs-12mins Memtest86+ stable!)
Load-Line Calibration: Enabled (or Level2 for Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD5)
Vcore= 1.20V (CPU-Z idle)
QPI/Vtt/IMC= 1.14V
PCH= 1.10V
PLL= 1.80V
RAM= Specified voltage for your RAM

Use this config, its stable.

Every CPU is different, obviously. My first 3770k was terrible and had trouble overclocking to 4.4ghz with a 360mm rad. My current 3570k overclocks to 4.8ghz really well on same cooling.

I unfortunately don't have time for that I just need a safe overclock for 3.3 :(

I have been able to overclock this to 3.8 in the past, I just don't need it that high.

Just remember that every CPU is different, so you cannot compare your voltage to the low ones that some people out there use!

I usually set my voltage higher than what it should be and then slowly lower it as my benchmarks prove it to be stable.
eg. I'd start off with like 1.35V for the CPU and then slowly lower it till it becomes unstable and then I boost it a bit again to the stable preset.
 
I just want to use the turbo boost on the CPU though, I need to just fix the IMC voltage and DRAM voltage.

My RAM on stock goes at 1.5v so I think DRAM voltage should be the same?

No idea on the IMC Voltage.

To I went back to look once more, here are some pics of the different values I put in for the Turbo Boost to 3.3, note the different colors:

This is probably the last thing you want to hear, but a 1st gen I5 + 1156 socket is quite out dated, consider a 2nd/3rd gen I5/7K version with a simple UEFI bios.

Yeah but I can't use that if I don't know what I am doing, there are values missing that I need to put in. I think I'll try and work on the turbo boost overclock, as it's the safest and achives what I want.

The only ones you really need to set for a mild overclock are:
1) the CPU voltage
2) FSB
3) memory multiplier

The rest you can leave on auto.
