I'm thinking of moving from my current ISP provider as I have had constant problems which never really get resolved - poor lambs, they do try to help, it just seems to never work.
I'm hoping you can share your experiences with your ISPs, so that I can make an informed decision.
I'm in a crappy area, so it's possible that part of the issues I'm dealing with is from Telkom, but on my current 4mbs line, on a day to day basis, I'm lucky to get 1-2mbs. I've been wanting to upgrade to 10mbs, but I am not interested in getting a forth of the speed at 100% the cost, as I seem to get now.
