isp suggestions

hi, we have had endless problems with both Afrihost (they cannot get anything sorted out, its been a week first with slow, and then since Sunday with no service). the problem is the ONT. so frogfoot has to replace it....no response from either Afrihost or frogfoot ...no feedback. can anybody please suggest an ISP with excellent support. we have a 200 up and down line. I don't mind if its a small isp. We unfortunately only have access to frogfoot or open serve in this area. Please help

Hi, Thursday now. Still no resolve. Frogfoot arrived on late Tuesday afternoon, with no new ONT with technician, he checked everything, saw it was the Ethernet port, said he would bring a new box on Wednesday, then phoned, made an appointment for 12pm on Wednesday, did not pitch, I sent an SMS he said busy with a fault, would be there in few hours, never pitched, and no further response to sms or calls. This morning the same. In addition I had our network cabling guy here to test all my Ethernet cables connections as well, and wait for the Frogfoot technician whose appointment was at 12.00. (Have attached photos that all my cables are working perfectly and the Ethernet port still dead) So even though there might be service, I can’t access it. Please can you urgently assist? How can I get ported to another fibre provider yesterday? ONT was replaced yesterday afternoon, and service immediately accessible. Thank you.
