ISP that provides Dynamic DNS

Hi

I'm looking for an ISP (besides Axxess) that can provide me with a Dynamic DNS service- the kind where you dont need any software to update. Everytime you log on it just automatically assigns your new IP to the hostname. And it has to work with a local only account and the DNS ttl's shoud be small like 5 mins.

THE PROBLEM WITH AXXESS IS THAT THE TTL'S ARE LIKE 24HRS so when your IP changes it still resolves to the old IP sometimes until 24 hrs later!!!

Well then that's not 'dynamic' DNS now is it? Go ahead and complain to them. If they are indeed offering dynamic DNS then it needs to be dynamic.

We at OpenWeb offer Dynamic DNS.

All accounts with an @openweb.co.za username, points to the domain:

username.dns.openweb.co.za

This works without needing to install software as it is done on our end.
