Looking at changing to Axxess as ISP. Any good/negatives I should be concerned about?

It seems I can get double the internet speed and double the amount of data on a capped account at Axxess as to my current 100gig 4 mbps line at a fraction more each month.

Seems a fair deal to me, however what are they like as an ISP? What are their contention ratio on their capped accounts as apposed to other ISP's? Streaming of netflix etc. Never exceed 100gig in 5 years, therefor I opt for capped and of-course the lower contention ratio. I also see they claim their capped accounts to be 100% unshaped at all times, how true is that statement?
I am a keen gamer, BF4, LOL, World of tanks?

Any feeding would be appreciated.
 
On a 60gig capped account with Axxess haven't had any issues with gaming, streaming or downloads ( which I ran after 12 as data is free between 12 and 6 )

As much as I hate to admit, I must agree. WA lately has been very sporadic, but long term I think they are alot more stable than afrihost since IS is here to stay, MTN on the other hand...

Afrihost doesn't use MTN anymore. Dude you really need to get your facts (and spelling) right ...

I've been with Axxess for a year now, they deliver what they promise.

They have a ridiculous cancellation period of like 2 months, during this 2 months you have NO support.
Even if their network was 100000000000x better then another ISP I would still go to the other ISP just for this reason.

On OP's question yes Axxess capped accounts are completely unshaped and it is one of the best internet experiences you can have.

I must agree with Thor.

I tried to test them last month after everyone said they have changed. let's just they that i will never use them. Ever.
 
hello Peepz ,

I am looking for a 10mb uncapped adsl line , I have been with mweb a few months but cancel yesterday due to poor performance from them I am now looking for another ISP I do a lot of online gaming, streaming and do download some torrents
