IT Advise require

I kindly require advise, ...please delete if not allowed ...

I currently have a Mecer V2 Chromebook, can it be proven that windows 10 32bit can run on this device, I suspect this device has the minimum requirements but I am not 100% sure.

Unless you can upgrade the RAM and I suspect you can't, it's going to be a horrible experience.. not to mention that the internal storage is bound not to be the speediest around..

Better off sticking with chrome OS..

With those specs I would definitely stay away from Win 10. Stick to Chrome OS.

That laptop has a Cortex-A17 Quad Core CPU not an Intel or AMD so Windows is out. You might want to check if one can install Linux on it or if it's locked to ChromeOS.

Win 10 supports ARM CPUs..
