Items Needed

Hi Guys

Want to know, sorry no template, this is purely me asking, if you guys have any of the below items that you willing to get rid of. We are busy with our Neighborhood Watch base, a project our group has decided to do ourselves, as a hub where people can report crime, water leakages, lights that are out etc

For this project, we received a container, and our members have started working on it, and have nearly come to completion. In the container we will need the following:

Wall Plugs
Leads
Lights
Router
Telephone: Wired or Cordless
Computers preferably 1 or 2, can be very basic machine, use for only email and internet
Printer
Any old chairs/Tables
Torches

I have attached some pics so you guys can see that we are genuinely out there working hard to keep crime in the area down, as well as feeding the poor and needy. I am in Mitchells Plain, and the guys in Cape Town will know, this is a heavy gang zone.

Ideally would prefer if I can keep this within Cape Town, for delivery or collection.

Cheers man.. Not about us, we are old , but let's see if we can give the next generation and the youth a chance of a better environment to live in. We are unfortunately facing many challenges, but we are doing our bit. We hoping to launch this by the end of the month, and also to have JP Smith, Patricia De Lille, Helen Zille, and other members to be there, but we will see how that goes.

Some more pics of our awareness days, saying no to gangs, drugs, women and child abuse. We also took the time to clear these rubbish gang signs that are displayed on the walls.

We normally have days as well where we feed the kids and elderly. So there are a lot of work that currently goes on. It's work that we don't really want people to see, but we never the less share it, because we also want people to realize that together as a community, we can achieve good things.

Also if anybody has 2 way radios, let me know. I'm always on the look out for these. They work much better than Zello etc, as not all our members have a cellphone, or a smartphone.

Torches, pepper spray as well. If you are connected with bullet proof vests, we could do with those as well. Basically anything, as we will have members who will look after this base 24/7, and we want to have all safety measures in place.

Hi, The phones that you need, is that normal analogue phones or VoIP phones?

Normal landline but we can always work something out. We will have somebody who will be in the base or as we will want it to be called a control room. If that makes sense, so we want to be able to make contact easily.
