someone teach OP about stats and distributions. just because 2010 conveniently has 0, 1 and 2 doesn't mean it's cursed. If you look at most football games, it gets more statistically improbable that the scores will end higher rather than lower. i.e. you're more likely to see 0, 1 or 2 goals than 7, 8 or 9 [per side]. Think of it this way, 1987 would've been a 'cursed' year if everyone was scoring 7, 8 or 9 goals a match, only problem is, it's much more difficult (and unlikely) to score those goals than no, 1 or 2 goals. The fact that they are draws though, is statistically independent of that. It intrigues me as to how many of the matches ended as draws.
