Itunes app download problems

I'm trying to download apps to my ipad, but most of the apps just download about 10mb then restart. This process repeats a few times, then I get a corrupt file error message. I've googled it and deleted the .tmp files but it doesn't solve my problem. I've tried this on 2 seperate internet connections, so it's not that.

Some apps download fine though.

I'm having the same problem with cinexplayer. Tried over a few days to download from ipad and itunes - but it keeps restarting from 10mb.

I tried so many things and apparently one of them worked. Damned if I know which one. I ran a registry check, changed my dns, had the ipad syncing while downloading, downloaded something on the ipad while downloading the app on itunes. So hope the problem does not come back.
