Itunes from pc to mac

I just got a mac and I wanted to know how would I sync my iphone to my mac without losing anything? And all my music and apps especially, if this is possible, any help is welcome

cannot sync music without loosing it (on the phone)

You have to copy your music from PC to Mac, load it in Mac Itunes, and re-sync your phone with it. Its called DRM.
