iTunes not syncing my Music

Hi.
iPhone XS with iOS 13.13.1 and iTunes 12.10.3.1 and busy download the new update.

For some reason iTunes doesn't sync all my songs. I have some screen shots of iTunes and iPhone settings. It doesn't give me an option, for example, to only sync checked songs. When I right-click on the phone to sync, syncing is like seconds and nothing has been synced. I have even uninstalled iTunes and re-installed it and also deleted the Music app on my phone and re-installed it.

Will you please help me sort this out? In my 10+ years of having an iPhone and iTunes, this has never happened to me.

And how do I delete previous phones from the list?

I had this issue where it would not add songs, turned out it could not find the song on the local hard drive to copy across.

If you play the song first , then try copy it?

All the songs are listed and I can play it from iTunes. No problem here. Problem is that they are not on my phone.
I cannot play ±3 000 songs and then manually copy it. The sync is the problem. Thanks for the reply.

Maybe try disable Show Apple Music.

Yes, I do, but I want the music on my phone and not use Apple Music by streaming. I think I am missing the step/tick box to say "auto download apple music" music.
What do I need to do this?

You cannot copy the offline files from one device to another. They have to be re-downloaded each time.

I can't remember an option for download all your music but there is an option to automatically download new music added to your library. Settings > Music > Automatic downloads.
