Can't agree that I am happy. Apologies for my negativity.

Today there is 100% certainty by all IT industry players about Matsepe's Casaburri's incompetence and her policies being toilet paper.

Any new minister albeit a quiet indian who only wants to keep the ANC happy or another happy go lucky obese woman or corrupt lazy ANC man can do nothing but increase uncertainty in the industry with their own policies.

An unexpected hindrance is worse than an expected hindrance.

While the minister’s office denied this on Friday night, ANC sources said that Matsepe-Casaburri had apparently informed senior staffers that she would be leaving soon.

I hope Poison Ivy didn't mean that she was only going home for the weekend - we all know how ambiguous Poison Ivy can be and at the last minute she spouts out an unclarification that sows even more confusion.

I think Ivy is one person where the saying "better the devil you know" doesn't really apply. When you're already at the bottom of most semi-developed world lists for connectivity/bandwidth pricing/etc, I think most would take their chances with another roll of the dice.
