I loved avatar- watched it 3 times when it came out and I normally only go to movies like once a year. But I agree that 2 wont do as well. Part of Avatars success and draw was the 3D. That has become a lot more common place now.

Oh, I watched this. It was 2+ hours of drivel. Tom Cruise trying too hard again and the story is just miserable regurgitated shyte. Terribad.

Tom Cruise stiil has it. People still want to see him on the big screen. His latest movie OBLIVION has already taken in more than its budget and it opened like 3 days ago.

I also thought Jack Reacher was a big let down. Oblivion wasn't much better either! I wasn't impressed. Tom Cruise should take a break from movies I think.
i watched Jack Reacher after watching Alex Cross which is also an adaptation so i fully appreciate the work done on Jack Reacher.
The script was great ,all actors played their part. The ending was bland. Most people like the film and i did.

Those are the headlines - the reviews themselves are worse.
But I'm quite sure Rotten Tomatoes are always 100% correct - after all..
...they rate Toy Story 2 as the best movie ever.
