Vets and SPCAs must have stricter control over euthanasia and the reasons why it can be applied. This was NOT a valid reason. The dog did what a dog does. The dumb fscking parents are to blame. Well with my Jack Russell Miniature, it doesnt mind at all because i was told they were bred for going in fox holes and when they got stuck, the owners pull their tail to get it out.

But im sure not all JR's are like that.
