The point represented was that aids will reduce the populations by attacking guys like Zuma first. Pity about the many innocent sufferers but then again any war was never nice nor acceptable, why would nature's war against the bad folks be?

No no no no no. He is "not guilty" most certainly in no way implies he is "not innocent". He was innocent until proven guilty. He was not proven guilty, and therefore, by definition is innocent. Your logic is flawed. Jacob Zuma is innocent. Period. He has not committed any crime according to the Law, and in SA that's the only thing that matters. If you are accused of Murder, you will only be guilty of said murder when the court judges you as such.

In the eyes of the law. Guilty or Not Guilty. Innocense is implied by either of those. In the eyes of the law. There are no other eyes, only speculation and assumption, i.e. Public and Private opinion. Public & Private opinion is your natural right, but it's not factual. Legal fact has been argued, and Legally speaking Zuma is innocent. You can think him a rapist, that's fine, it's your opinion. You may not, however, legally call him a rapist as he is not a rapist before the law.

P.S. I don't want Zuma to be president, and I hope he gets found guilty on the corruption charges. But that's my opinion.
