Seems a.mancini has gone to atletico mineiro. Not sure whether its permanent or just a loan deal yet.

Which is why it is such a huge risk signing him... I mean it wasn't a small injury - it's a broken leg.

Well, I know he certainly didn't wanna go back to OM, and the fact that he was injured must have dropped the price significantly.

Besides, this is Newcastle, they love risk... Pardew's on a 5.5 year deal :p

:wtf:

5.5 years? Wow, Ashley likes blowing all of Newcastle's money on stupid decisions.

I dont think Ashley cares, he is actively trying to sell the club, so Pardew wont really be his problem

One wonders how Ashley made any money in the first place

Apparently City have confirmed the signing of Dzeko.

Bongani Khumalo is officially a Spurs player! well done to him and congrats to South African football. First Pienaar and now Khumalo. haha , what happened to Benni?

Wrong-O!

He made a bucket load of money and is laughing at all of you from his palatial home somewhere out there.

Yeah he might be rich , but he has no legacy. When people think of Benni , it will always be of the guy with talent who got fat.

Wow , what happened to him! I remember his first season in the EPL and he got 18 goals and then it was all down hill from there.

Legacy? Winning the ECL with Porto. Something no other South African player has done (as far as I know). He has bucketloads of cash and a semi-successful career. You're just thinking of the last few years when he honestly couldn't give a crap about SA football and seriously... who can blame him? SAFA are clowns and when he was actually capable of doing something there was absolutely no one to support him. He looked after his own future because... y'know... he can't play until the "normal" retirement age of 65.

Nope, couldn't give a flyer about him. I just find it funny how people can critise the guy when he really has done nothing wrong. I mean he was not such a great talent that he would have singlehandedly save SA footy, and a footballers career is short so him taking as much care as possible is fine by me.

Benni is an arrogant waste of talent moron.

That is all
