For those of you who are running SARS e@syfile for tax practitioners on Vista and haven't been able to access the program due to this message"The application has started without some necessary components running. Please ensure the e@syfile service has been installed and is running."
The problem lies with the latest Java update. I had to uninstall Java6 update12. After a re-boot everything worked fine.
