Have your parents left you home alone to deal with this Neotel issue? That's really irresponsible of them, especially considering your severely debilitating condition. Be sure to speak to your guidance counsellor about this when you get back to school...
 
I'm sorry but I don't buy this. We're a enterprise customer not even using WiMax or any 'for the masses' services. Their so called 'account managers' can't even respond to a email! I'm g@tvol of empty promises, endless waits, and nothing happens.

Our contracts are up for renewal in a few months time, and at this rate, it seems it's back to Telkom we go... Another freaking entire switch over of all networks -shrugs-

Have you got in touch with the new rep on the forum? Note the date on the thread. If not, there's no harm in getting in touch...

Send Neotel a nice PM or better yet, start a thread providing as much information as possible, then send Neotel a PM with a link to the thread, then just wait and see what happens.

That's what I do.

I want the problem solved, but I want everyone to see results.
