I'm it happens a lot more like we see in public, a bit like happens with rentals. As soon as they find out you're the wrong colour, they just say sorry, place taken.

Yeah, also no need to advertise that you are only looking for AA/BBBBBEBBEBEEEEBEEBEBE positions, just check the CVs and toss those you don't want.

Yeah happened to me once got through one of those white only jobs.
