Oh and I keep reading that question "What about the litter?" as "What about the hitler?" :D
 
Yep, he's very short in his answers, isn't he? But he needs to be cuz there's gravy that needs a slurpin'!
 
Joburg is a world class City 'cos it has a vision statement!! Damn, the bar hasnt been set very high.

Bloody reporter. Clearly aiming to trap the person he is interview & asking loaded questions. Thats not fair. A reporter can throw in 1 or 2 scorching question but an entire interview like that is BS. Under those circumstances the dude didn't do too bad.

I think certain areas of Joburg can be world-class...on a good day.
 
My list of questions could be longer with smaller embedded questions in it. But it will be never answered.

African class maybe ... but world class? Mr mayoer must've been to very very different "world cities" than I have to be making such comments.

I have lived here for over 40 years and it once was a world class city. I remember feeling safe, walking around in the carlton centre, hell even having a sandwich at Joburg station..that was in the 70,s...now its a dung pile! Hmm why don't I leave you may ask? Simple! There's still bundles of cash and idiots to squueze it out of, but yes, once I've done pillaging the current advandtaged, I'll pi55 off to blightey!
