Jukebox Distro?

Anyone know of a minimal distro that I can use to run a Jukebox to play my Flac music displaying album covers and on the offshot offer support for an ELO touchscreen?

You can install a light weight LXDE distro like Lubuntu https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lubuntu or Peppermint https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Peppermint_Linux_OS.

Good software for playing the music would include Kodi. It is claimed that it can run on a Pentium 4 with 1GB of RAM, but that would probably not be fun.

I'd opt for the lightest distro you could find and install Subsonic.

It's web based so you could stream music to your phone / other pc's too.
