Probably something along the lines of it was a movie prop modified to fire only blanks and that the BFA(blank firing adapter) was an internal modification.

Malema was seen on video apparently discharging a rifle during the EFF's fifth-anniversary celebrations at the Sisa Dukashe stadium in Mdantsane in 2018.

It will be a sad day if these guys stop going to court and disregard the rule of the law, then the matter of justice is in the hands of the police for securing these people's day in the court.

Will the police act, will the sheriffs of the court practice and exercise their mandate, and will the court be able to apply the law?
