I would call this a junior system analyst/application administrator.
Looks like a good position for someone with 1-3 years experience in Application administration looking to get into an BA role.

It is remote with an option to travel occasionally to Mongolia to meet the team there and for general life experience if thats an interest.
I think it is a long term contract with option to extend
