Just bought a used car

Pics of your wife, please OP. We need to determine if she's the kind of woman to listen to.

Thanks

Thanks Tsepz, the SMD part and the tow company part will come in handy and it something that has not been advised to me or crossed my mind. Will include that in the mission because the dealer said he will give me all the information by the end of the week. I have also found a service centre (Bosch Diesel) for the bakkie and they are willing to do everything for me up to 300 000 km,my grandfather was their client and were absolutely wonderful with him and pledged to extend that to me (somewhat) and all i need do is give them as much information as i can about the bakkie as i can.

Champ, no not yet. It is at 170 700km now as of last night when we came back from Potch. Booked it in for service on Friday. The dealer promised me all the information he has on it before friday and will see then.

THETraveller, the only part of jhb i will actively take the car is the N1 motorway. That is it. Others we take the wildtrack.

@Jchan, thank you.

Honey_Badger, he he he...etc

i also had it normally serviced by Toyota before i took it...after the strip and quote. They changed the filters (air and diesel) and replenished the fluids (diesel oil, coolant, etc) at 159 000 km (160 000km). I am not going to sell the car and will keep it as long as it will not fall off its wheels but will also maintain it regardless... for her.
