Just got a call from sentech

The tickets do nothing. All they do is listen to you moan and complain, and then they give you a random number.

They are unable to fix your problems, as I doubt they have the knowledge and know-how to do so.

Just cancel bud... I did and switched to iBurst, best move I made. Then you don't need to deal with this crap any more.

Not too sure what to do with the modem though?
 
I got the call today - they said its ppl like me that ruin the service for every1 else by taking advantage of the service. I hav been doing +- 60 gigs DL / month with my 256k classic account for ages... Guess they finally caught up with me... Only thing is that they neva warned me or anythin before and now ive been told im off at the end of the month :/

Now ive gotta find an uncapped wireless option - hmmmm. Any suggestions???

Insist on your one month's written notice first.

The original Sentech package was limited only by your speed choice, no mention was ever made of caps.

It's not the user's fault they didn't understand their product offering.
