So go do your own research and you will find proposed evidence to these genes that effect violence behaviour. This gene were found to be problematic in Afro Americans and Maoris. There was also a Medical journal report on a break through a few years ago but unfortunately I cannot find it.

To the OP: sorry you were mugged buddy and glad you're OK but it does bear pointing out that being mugged whilst walking on your own down a 'very quiet' subway is far from a South African phenomenon. You did take a (to my mind very big and silly) chance and you paid the price ...just learn from it.

If crime has to do with the 2 hundred years of discrimmination, then this doesn make sense at all...ie, why do Xhosa kill Zulu, or visa-versa?

What are you basing this assertion on? The effects of two hundred years of discrimination against African-Americans?

This is not about black on white crime. It is about blacks and crime in general.

K fair enough...appologize for the black on white, but the main thing still remains..."Crime"...How can a person start to look for excuses for this kind of stuff??..Even in court of law youll go to jail for killing someone...Or does this make it legal? Hope you see what im trying to get at...

There is no excuse for crime.

Did I say something that made you think that I think there are excuses for crime? Like being previously disadvantaged? No, that is not an excuse, it's just a reason behind the madness.

K...i think were on the same wave-lenth now...My MAIN concern is the crime OVER-ALL...No use to go dig for something thats long gone ( which ppl like to do as ive noticed on this site ).
 
Maby a lot of probs ( clashes ) between people is because they come from diff cultures/backgrounds...The one chap might mean something, and the other takes it up completely the otherway round...and there the sh*t starts...
