Well what I can tell you is, anything local you won't have a problem with. Try to use international services, and you would be surprised how much you get shaped. They are basically open throughout the day but at peak times they shape international traffic to the point that you can't watch a 160p stream without it buffering . This is about from 6 to 11 at night. I was with them for about 6 years and never really used international services so I never noticed it. I went to my friends house since he has fiber to do a few tests and he has EXACTLY the same experience at the exact time I do. He also gets throttled after 1TB on his 100mbps line. Not only did we notices this but a MWEB agent confirmed it as well. Another gentleman also here on the forum has complained about this. They are a good ISP in general
That’s not good, i plan to use it mostly for online gaming and Netflix and some torrents
. Thanks for the info though, a couple of posts up another member said he downloaded 4tb without issues so maybe it’s not as bad as it used to be.
