I keep getting a blank zero size file on the root directories of all my hard drives, including network attached drives. Anyone know why or what is causing this. And yes, I have done the AV updates and scans and stuff..

Another file to look out for is a .exe file which has the same name as the folder it resides in. It also looks just like a folder. I see this a lot on flash drives.

+1 for Microsoft Security Essentials - it's actually a very good AV. I also have Aast on a few PC's and it's also excellent.
