Hey guys,
Got a bit of a problem with my Kindle. It's the WiFi + 3G version, but for some reason the 3G doesn't connect anymore, i.e. if I try to go on the Kindle store it tries for a bit and then prompts about locating a WiFi network, but doesn't say anything about 3G...
I've tried reseting and restarting it, but it didn't make any difference. Any ideas what the problem could be?
Thanks
Just did that and it brought up a big list with all the available networks and I tried selecting a few but it doesn't change anything. Still when I try to go to the store it says "A Wi-Fi network is required to complete this." What about reseting to factory defaults?
If all else fails, contact the Kindle support desk (NOT the Amazon support desk - they are evidently useless for Kindle support). Kindle support does have a phone back for international customers - I'll see if I can find a link as to where I found the info.
