Was speaking to an estate agent a month or so ago.
The land between the Cape St Francis lighthouse and Oyster bay was up for sale. Apparently 1 owner and it is prime and pristine coastline.
Now it makes sense with Homer next door the value will plummet.
Maybe, prices in St Francis Bay have just been going up and up though and this has been common knowledge for a while, heard about Eskom employees quietly buying up properties etc. We have terrible blackouts there around Christmas time so hopefully this'll at least solve that, at least we'll have power before we start to glow.
