Lady friend advice

Hey peeps!

Just a quick question and perhaps we can get a discussion going...

I have a few lady friends at work that I really want to keep just friends. I also want these friendships to go deeper but with no hanky panky.

What is the best way to go about this. Also what is the best conversation starters and conversation continuums that will keep these ladies liking me with out it getting complicated?

There is no such thing as "lady friend". It's code for saying "I'd like to keep them close in case this marriage thing doesn't work out".

Why do you want to be their friend anyway? Just be friendly and professional. It's not like you are hanging out with them after work right....right?

Conversation pieces like the weather, what was on tv last night & general day to day stuff is what your looking for

Sometimes I feel they only want one thing. But I just want friendship, is that so hard?

I want nice chats with the girls with no complications. Decent advice please for good conversation with the girls.

Yeah, but some of the ladies are just so nice to talk too,, I find the guys boring. But i want to keep it friends only.

The rest of us who are able to control our urges vehemently disagree. If all you see in a woman is a hole to put your dick in then I can understand your point of view though...
