Landmark PC's - Poor Service

Just that I have seen at least 2 threads from you recently where you screwed up your own orders, re: compression fittings and RAM heatsinks. I mean, you don't seem able to take enough care regarding your own stuff, and yet have this massive over-reaction to a simple mistake by someone else. It was so absurd that I really did wonder whether there would be a follow-up post showing it to be some kind of joke.

You dont know me, if you did, you wouldnt write such cr@p on this forum. If you gonna get personal (which you shouldnt be anyway) then at least get your facts right when you open your mouth.

Having read this thread I have to say that I would have absolutely no problem ordering from Landmark.
 
My opinion in this matter

It happened to me once or twice from other online stores, but I never had the need to post it on myBB or publicly and why should I ? Just to damage a company's image that made a human error ?

If however you wanted to discuss it, rather make the title... Online store made a mistake ... not poor service !!

i dont know either party involved here but its clear that the OP is making a huge deal about nothing,hell if he came into my store i would ban him lol or call the cops

Andy from landmark is being too nice IMO this dude just wants to destroy landmarks rep...pathetic:sick:
 
This is not poor service.
It's just human error. It happens with all the shops.

If Landmark did not reply to your emails or complaint then the OP would have been warranted.
But he did reply and really tried to resolve the issue.
Please don't be so severe.

Landmark pc rocks.

Yes they run from a home/office but hardly garage.

A lot of other online stores also run their business like this; wootware and prophecy come to mind.

I've been dealing with them for around 3 years and not one problem here. Our business also uses them and the entire clan as well and also not one issue that wasn't sorted out via a quick email to them.

Everyone makes mistakes, even the OP pointed out his errors when ordering watercooling.

I agree with falcon, think this smacks of someone who's trying to tarnish the credibility of landmark and it's failed horribly.

My brother posted here and told me about this thread.

Not a fan of the MBB forums but felt is was owed to Andy and his business to comment.

Can safely say that Andy is not even in town this weekend as we are looking after his place for him ;)
Yes, this comes from a bias place but so do your comments.

P.S. I'm not in the IT business but am a avid follower of IT fashion.
 
Yes, I posted on HP based on my experience with landmark and again felt it owed.

It's your prerogative to write about your experience and so it it mine.
I don't know what happened between you two but it would be good if this was cleared up as it seems to still linger.

Anyway, I will not post here anymore as ike I stated I'm not a fan of the MBB forums and this just proves why.
