Hmm. My usage is 13GBs for the month, not sure if that constitutes high. I don't think actual usage is relevant with the bolt-ons though. I think it has more to do with available capacity in different areas.

Speeds have since picked up though. Getting 200-350KB/s now.
 
I've been having issues with my bolt on for past 2 weeks.
NNTP is dead slow during peak times. Only off peak do I get full speeds.

Oooh. If you have a 20mb line and got two of these accounts. Would you be able to bond the accounts together using pfsense I wonder. Therefore getting 20mb download speeds.

Should be able to get 20Mbps yes, as long as the download is making multiple connections. If it is a single thread, it will only get load balanced over a single pppoe session.
