@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

The sad thing is 8 months ago this product worked on full 40meg and only 1 line was needed.

while this is true, and creating more products with this kind of policy would be great. Vox doesn't care.

Bolt-On is still great value for money

nah, pretty easy. You do have to send in product activation requests manually though.

for the bolt on you do, for any other product you don't have to.

Well their website might show factual information soon and not a bunch of false advertising.

cant manually add a fat pipe account though. the ui bugs out

Last night my internet struggled to do anything. Could not even connect to forum. Managed to get a speed test. 290 ping to local server in cape town. Less than a mb download and upload.

Please feel free to PM me your account number and contact details if you are experiencing issues with your Vox account :)

Been on the bolt on for about a year now. Never experienced any issues at all, I do around 250 - 300gb a month on the uncapped portion. Had some stupid slow speeds over the last week or so but it seems to have settled again. Back to 700 - 800 kbps down again yay. Now to b1tch some moar at Telkom for my line only syncing at 8mb instead of 10

current download speed around 100kbps on 10mb line... at times dropping to around 50kbps...

other isp accounts flying full speed...

vox support insist that the problem's on my side...

I have issues sometimes loading the site via Tapatalk. I do a speed test and my local ping is at 300 plus at the time.
