Sign up was quick and easy for me, maybe just lucky. Made a gig4gig account and phoned them. Was less than two minutes on phoned. Email came about 5min later, which I had to reply to. All and all took about 10 min.

Yup. Will give their bolt on a try for a month or two - mostly for the weekend times. Can then maybe downgrade by day cape by quite some margin.

Not at all... I use it everywhere I go (have a PPPoE connection on my laptop)...
But it is only one concurrent connection so you'll have to disconnect it at House A to connect it at House B
I have this account scheduled with a Telkom account
6pm - VOX comes active and give me 10MB/s
midnight - Telkom capped unmetered usage comes active and gives me 40MB/s
If I have BIG downloads *looking at you Xbone!*, then I'll do it after midnight. at around 17GB/hour its not so bad to catch up

I can confirm with little doubt that the Bolt-On only actually kicks in at exactly 6:05PM. If I'm capped, I have absolutely no throughput until then. After that, no problem. A little sneaky on their part, but for the price, no complaints.
This is more of a Telkom thing than a Vox thing.
Sure. pfSense dials each account and places them into a load balancing group with a weight of 1:1 each. So each connection made is allocated to one PPPoE session in round-robin format.
