@lantic R59 uncapped 'bolt-on' feedback

@Fcon_Vpro - it has to be that ; a new feature they added.

If you've had the Bolt-on for any length of time, they used to show the Downloaded & Uploaded amounts separately.

Having this combined amount when you log on is a pleasure, as long as it's indicated what's been used for the month (and not "available").

50 gb fat pipe + bolt on

If this is the case would anybody know if this data includes your data used from your capped data or only bolt on ?

I'm sure this is capped & Bolt-on, combined .. based on what I wrote in an earlier post, this a.m. :

I manually added up my Daily Usage breakdown for August 2014, and get 15,06GB off-peak so far this month + the 41MB I mentioned yesterday = 15.11GB

Off-peak = Bolt-on ;
41MB = capped.

Hope this helps, but ultimately we'd need confirmation from Vox on all this.

EDIT : I don't know about whether the Fatpipe portion is included in the total, as I don't have it -but if you or someone else who does have it, takes it into account, you'll soon see if Vox have accounted for it in the total.

You guys are really confusing me. I have Fatpipe 50GB + Uncapped bolt on.

Data Allocated = Total peak time data I can use including roll over and new allocation for the month
Data Available = Whatever data is left from the allocated data. So the more peak time data I use this value will drop.
Data Used = The total peak time data that I have use so far this month. Both the value and the progress bar is the same

I can not view bolt on usage from that screen at all. I will need to click on "View Daily Usage" then it breaks it down from me of peak time and bolt on usage.

So I'm not sure why you guys on the gig4gig package is experiencing anything else.....

Anyone else having issues with Vox today? Apparently they are affected by a telkom outage

Yeah can't seem to resolve google.com, youtube or any of the google services. So far all other websites seem to load just fine.

Hi @cavedog - you're correct in not being able to see the bolt-on usage from your screenshot & can only view it on the "View Daily Usage" pop-up.

However, the screen I was referring to is the one before your posted screenshot, headed up "Data Accounts" - it is there it shows "Data Available", which in fact should be "Data Used", and will be an accumulation of your Gig4Gig, Bolt-on, and maybe the "Fatpipe" ; that you'd have to check, as I don't have that as part of my account.

I'll post a screenshot of what I took yesterday but it may be extremely small.
I saved it as a JPEG, but it's only 150KB. What format did you save yours as, so I can post a bigger copy, if possible?

Re-saved as PNG file, though ext. says JPEG ; anyway, it's slightly bigger in size; should be good enough to see the wording I referred to Vox account screenshot DATA AVAILABLE 17August2014.jpg

I just print screen. Then past it in paint. Save as a .png file. Upload @ http://www.2share.co.za sorted.

Yes I did actually see what you are talking about now. Saw the place there my bad. Yes its supposed to be Current Usage and not data available because its counting total usage peak and off peak.

Thanks for the tip. I do everything up to the "2share" part.

To be 100% specific, they might type "Data Used for the month" or "Current Usage for the month".
Suppose in time they'll see to it, as seems they made other additions within the profile in billing etc., recently.

I'm sure @cvanwie will fix it as soon as he sees it. He is a awesome guy. Helped him with stats way back then when uncapped bolt on was launched to get the usage for it calculated correctly. He fixed the problem shap shap.

I remember that episode!
Somewhere around pg. 10 - 20 of this thread, perhaps?

My Fatpipe usage is way out... the amounts don't add up... Vox is investigating - hope they can solve it ;)

"the "Fatpipe" ; that you'd have to check, as I don't have that as part of my account."

50 gb fat pipe + bolt on

I added up peak and off peak data and can confirm the total of the " Available data " is all the data used so far for the month fat pipe + bolt on.
