Nope, when it came to that part I just cancelled. Trial account was active immediately. When I upgraded to a capped account, I just clicked on the pay by credit card and it does a once off transaction. End of month I get a mail saying my banking details are incorrect (there is nothing filled in) and you have till 15th to make the next payment.

Im not getting the https error.
I havent had issues with the credit card payments. Goes through instantly and your account is updated.
Vox's portal isnt quite Afrihost... but they seem to be on the right track.

Question about Credit Card payments... Do you have to press the button manually every month, or will VOX deduct the money automatically?

It depends. If Vox captured the details then it will be processed automatically. But if they dont have your cc details then you will have to enter in manually and process. I setup my old cc and its expired now. So they process automatically on it but it fails. I need to call them to have it updated to process automatically.
 
So how was the performance of the account last night?

I had issues with Astraweb until about 10.30 / 11PM and then it started going at a decent speed.

I had issues early on say 7ish with netflix but got better at about 9pm

Also had intermittent performance last night and the night before.

International is/was very slow this morning between 7h00 and now
