I did a quick search but can't seem to find any proper reviews. This is very tempting but not if the picture quality is bad.

IMO the picture quality is amazing, crisp clear UHD quality. Gaming on the Xbox one looks amazing! PLEX Home Theater on 4K res looks wonderful!

Yeah i agree with that hey, the remote it comes with feels cheap! And the wireless mouse feature is not the most accurate hey! Otherwise, its a very good TV.

Im so torn now. Was looking to get a 55" - 60" (if possible) for roughly R10k. Is there that much of difference between 50" and 55"? I am coming from a 42" so I know it will be a big jump non the less. Just wondering if it worth going for this one over a bigger FHD one?

I couldn't find a decent 50" for under 10k, so to get a 4k one for that price was a massive win.

That said, makro are doing some crazy things, so who knows what next weeks special will be...
