Lenovo warranty support experience

Hi there

Was just wondering if anyone had, had any experience with Lenovo warranty on site support.
I am thinking of getting one have always had Dell and Dell is really amazing with their support.

It is next day and tech comes to site.
Lenovo seems to be pretty vague as to their offering in SA.

• Is it on site?
• Is it Next Day?
• Is it good?

My HDD crashed in January. I phoned them on the Tuesday, they asked me if I can replace the drive myself, which I could, and I had the drive by 10 the Wednesday morning. Very quick and helpful. I was impressed.
