SABC has never been impartial, I mean now what does it mean to be half a commercial and half a public broadcaster????
I was having supper last night with a young Congelese student, and a South African Zulu student. To them the ANC is as corrupt as the Metro Police... and the corruption comes from the highest level of government in SA. That was their opinion.
yes Wizard i acknowledge corruption is a problem, i just think insulting them is not going to create pressure for them to change their ways. obviously if they r corrupt they should vacate their positions but the reality is that they are not getting enough pressure to be ousted!
True, thats why it should be scrapped or made into some form of free to air broadcaster like E. Let the market decide what channels should be shown.
They are crooks stealing from the people who need it most. A crime in my opinion up there with rape and murder. They are not hurting one person, they are hurting a whole people. I apologise for my complete lack of respect, but I have none for people like that.

What has the statement got to do with being kept in the ghetto? Most of our politicians are at the very least as self-centered as a gyroscope. A lot of them are dishonest. If your understanding of the implication is that no "brothers from the ghetto" should be allowed to take office, then you need to understand that the problem is not people of humble origins, it's dishonest people working through a crony system.
What I'm not getting is why is iMonga okay with this? (The fact that people put in place spent their budgets on salaries, fancy cars; or otherwise squandered it, when they should have been creating jobs and laying roads.) Why does he gleefully accept this (to his detriment?)
(I don't question the origin of anybody, simply the performance of duty.)

I prefer not to overreact to any situation no matter how bad it is! The question I ask myself is what is it as an individual I can do to actually solve a problem !!

If u r referring to South Africans, better ask me or other black members in these forums rather than make silly, general assumptions and conclusions about us. One big family for black people? What gives you that impression? I treat people as I find them. I also don't discriminate (+ or -). You sound like you're used to people treating you differently.
