I've seen that before. Stopped reading when I had to disable the alarm. Mine's never enabled, I don't use an alarm.

as I just explained to my SO, I think the toggle of the alarm is just a way for the internal notifications to look at the current time again.

this is pure speculation but this is what I think happens:
Event triggers.
phone is told blink light until time is X and event is dismissed.
when you read the message, dismiss the notificatoin or whatever the case is only half of the condition is met, and the Time out on the notification is insanely long.
Opening the alarm leads to all notification times being reset and checked if they should be re enabled after, but the events are gone so they do not restart.





this is my IDEA of why the notification light flashes after the notification is gone. I have no evidence at all.
