The LG G6 User Experience Proves 18:9 Has a Long Way to Go Before It’s a Worthy Replacement
Seems SA is not getting the wireless charging version..![]()
I wonder if it has anything to do with Patents. Why go out your way to limitations devices functions outside a particular region? It's the same with Sony and them turning off Fingerprint Scanning in their US variants, I think it's due to Patents. It was already known that only the US would be getting this. Don't see why LG would do this
I just picked up my g6.
Super happy with the phone so far.
Screen is massive. And it feels really solid in hand.
I played with a g6 that someone just bought and an s8 that someone else just bought.
The g6 feels better to me. Finger printscanner is perfect, and the Bluetooth headphones you get on promo is really high quality.
For those wondering we get the UK models. No wireless charging like the US and no quad dac like Korea
I'm going to say the V20 had no bootloop, so LG fixed it. G5 also had minimal bootloop.
Sure there were some V20 that had it but it's not like the g4 where hundreds of thousands had the issue.
Ok let me clarify that better.
2mil units sold, 500 thousand have bootloop, it's a problem.
1mil units sold 10 thousand have the problem, it's not a problem.
Yes some V20 had a similar bootloop, but it was not as big a percentage as the g4 was. Even the v10 and the nexus was a much smaller number than the g4, and that was addressed and fixed. In South Africa they fixed it fine, no one I know had any issues fixing it. I have seen reports of people having issues fixing it, but that may be a bad store or a rude customer for all we know.
I don't want to talk about that bikeBaxie luck, you'll be the first to have it with the G6
Just like a certain motorbike...
I don't want to talk about that bike
