Liberty Stash Scam?

Hey all.

Writing this to get some information out there. ( outreach attempts on social media platforms are being removed )

If you are aware of liberty stash, then you might thing that it sounds great, which is true - at first.
Stashing your spare change every day or month is always a good idea, but then it turns sour once you are trying to cash out.

According to the Stash FAQ's , cashout takes about 1-7 days. I've been waiting for 10 days, and MOST of the reviews on hello peter confirms that its not only me. Some of whom have been waiting more than a month.

Attempts to contact the LibertyStash team via the help email, are being ignored, or replied with some generic blanket statement for me to wait...

Public reviews are also being deleted.

Needless to say, I am very frustrated at the moment, is anyone else experiencing this? or might have some guidance for me to go forward?

Phew, I see lots of bad review out there.

Personally I moved everything that I had at Liberty away to other places. Just really struggled getting any support or feedback from them.

Ive been using Stash for 2 - 3 years (from when it launched) I have cashed out twice with no issues. Have also emailed them and got a reply.

Never had an issue.

Why would you cash out your TFSA? What you cash out you can't put back... Stash works fine for me.
