Limiting internet connection on a specific pc

Lol that won't work, she has already been connected to the network before, that's when she capped my business account in the first week of the month. At the moment I have blocked her connection by setting a password and now I'm just playing dumb like I don't understand why it's asking her for a password, but I can't keep it up much longer.

Talking to her wont help. She doesn't care. She just cares about herself. I explained it all before to her and she just dismissed what I said. Basically my plan is to limit her connection to an almost unbearable state and then advise her to get a cell c stick when she complains. It's the best option I can think of atm because I'm being subtle about it. I don't wanna fight with her and make her feel unwelcomed in my house. But I seriously need to put a stop to her Internet abuse.

What router are you using?

You should be able to limit her mac address bandwidth.
 
Hmmm, just installed IPCop, but seems like IPCop wont be able to do what I want. I thought IPCop would be able to throttle the bitch's connection according to what I specify. I wanna kill the biatch's net to 15kb/s max.
